Shareholders of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NGX: NAHCO) will get a final dividend of ₦2.54 dividend for 2023 financial year ended 31 December, 2023.

At the next Annual General Meeting, the Directors will propose a gross dividend of ₦2.54 per ordinary share amounting to N4.951 billion to the members for approval. The dividend if approved will be subjected to withholding tax at 10%.
In 2023, NAHCO declared and paid a final dividend of ₦1.20 which amounted to ₦2.33bn for the 2022 financial year.
At the end of trading on Tuesday, the share price of NAHCO stood at ₦32.00, putting its dividend yield at 7.93%.
The qualification date for the dividend is Friday 10th May, 2024. On Friday 24th May 2024, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Friday 10th May 2024.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the website: http:www.cardinalstoneregistrars.com, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at Lagos on Friday 24th May 2024.
NAHCO posted a profit of ₦5.53bn (2022: ₦2.63bn) for the 2023 financial year, and an Earnings per share of ₦2.84 (2022: ₦1.36)
