Julius Berger Nigeria Plc (NGX: JBERGER) has declared a final dividend of ₦3.00 per 50 kobo ordinary share for the period ended 31st December, 2023.

The dividend is subject to shareholder’s approval and appropriate withholding tax. The qualification date for the dividend is May 31, 2024.
Directors of the construction giant recommends the distribution of the sum amounting to ₦4.8 billion for the aforementioned dividend.
At the end of trading on Thursday, the share price of Julius Berger stood at ₦66.00, thus putting dividend yield at 4.54%.
Julius Berger announced and paid a dividend of ₦2.50 per 50 kobo share for the financial year ended 31 December 2022.
On June 21, 2024, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at May 31, 2024 and who have completed the edividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the website of the Registrars: www.gtlregistrars.com, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Center, No. 1, Memorial Drive, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory on Thursday June 20, 2024 at 11.00a.m.
