Jaiz Bank Plc (NGX: JAIZBANK) says the the 4k final dividend for the period ended December 31, 2022 can no longer be paid on June 8 as earlier announced by the bank.
This was stated by the bank in document titled “changes in dividend payment date and AGM date,” signed by Mohammed Shehu, the Company Secretary and published on the Nigerian Exchange.
The bank also said that its AGM which was scheduled on June 8 will not hold due to “internal processes.”
Jaiz Bank said that a revised date for the AGM and dividend payment will be announced in due course.
