International Breweries Plc (NGX: INTBREW) has appointed Temitope Oluwatosin as the Company Secretary/General Counsel effective 04 August 2025.

She replaces DCSL Corporate Services Limited whose resignation has been accepted by the Board of Directors of the International Breweries Plc.
International Breweries in accordance with the Nigerian Exchange Limited’s (NGX) Rules notified the NGX and the investing public of the changes in its Company Secretary.
DCSL Corporate Services Limited was appointed on an interim basis, and the Board and Management of the Company expressed their sincere appreciation for the firm’s contributions during its tenure.
The Board of Directors subsequently approved the appointment of Temitope Oluwatosin as the Company Secretary /General Counsel effective 04 August 2025.
Temitope Oluwatosin holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010. She is a Chartered Secretary and Governance Professional and a member of the Chartered Governance Institute (UK & Ireland). She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). Prior to her appointment, Temitope served as Head of Legal (Africa) at PZ Cussons, where she also held the position of Company
Secretary to 5 subsidiaries, including HPZ Limited and PZ Wilmar Limited. She previously worked as Legal Counsel at Union Bank of Nigeria Plc.
Temitope brings over 14 years of professional experience spanning the financial services and FMCG sectors. Her expertise includes legal advisory, corporate governance, and risk management.
