Shareholders of Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc (NGX: GTCO) are set to receive an interim dividend of 50 kobo per ordinary share for the half-year period ended June 30, 2023.

The interim dividend will be subject to the deduction of appropriate withholding tax, which will be deducted at the time of payment.
A corporate actions announcement filed by GTCO seen by Investogist sets the dividend dates as follows;
- Qualification date: September 14, 2023
- Payment date: September 25, 2023
On September 25, 2023, dividend will be paid electronically to Ordinary Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at September 14, 2023, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Form, which is available on the Registrar’s website: www.datamaxregistrars.com, and also on GTCO’s website: www.gtcoplc.com, complete and submit to the Registrar at the address stated below or the nearest GTCO branch.
GTCO posted a profit of N280.48bn (N77.55bn) for the half-year period ended June 30, 2023 and an Earnings Per Share (EPS) of N9.94 (H1 2022: N2.70).
