The Board of Directors of The Okomu Oil Palm Company Plc (NGX: OKOMU) has approved the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the period ended 31st December 2022.
The company notified the Nigerian Exchange and the investing public that the approval was given at the scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors which held at Sheraton Lagos Hotel, Ikeja.

The Board also considered and approved the payment of a final dividend for the year subject to the approval by Shareholders at the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company, which will be held on 25th May, 2022.
The approved Audited Financial Statement will be released to the public on or before 30 March 2022, according to the notification released by the company.
Consequently, the closed period restricting all Directors and Insiders from dealing in the shares of the Company remain in place until twenty-four hours after the release of the Financial Statement to the public.
