Nigeria and the People’s Republic of China are planning to collaborate in an effort to develop the first of its kind baseline interferometer.
The projected baseline interferometry will be used to track volcanic eruptions and earthquakes in Sub-Saharan Africa and Nigeria, the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) said in news flash on Friday, however specifics are still vague.
