The Court of Appeal, Abuja had fixed Thursday, 13th October to deliver judgment in the case between the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu and the Federal Government.
The case in question bordered on the legality of Nnamdi Kanu’s arrest and extraordinary rendition from Kenya to Nigeria.
In giving update on the case, the lawyer wrote;
there is no justification whatsoever even the warrant of arrest issued in NIGERIA can not justify the illegality in the abduction and extraordinary rendition of ONYENDU MAZI NNAMDI KANU.
