Fidelity Bank Plc (NGX: FIDELITYBK) has informed the Nigerian Exchange and the Investing public that the Board of Directors of the bank have considered the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2021.
The Board of Directors of Fidelity Bank Plc met on March 17, 2022 and approved the financial statements. The Board also approved the recommendation of dividend payment for the financial year.

The Audited Financial Statement of the Bank and corporate actions shall be published on the floor of the NGX upon receipt of the approval of the Central Bank, according to a press release by the Bank.
All Insiders and their connected persons were reminded that the closed period for dealing in the Bank’s shares will continue to be in effect until 24 hours after the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2021 is released on the floor of the NGX.
