Olusegun Ogunsanya, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Airtel Africa Plc (NGX: AIRTELAFRI) has sold some ordinary shares of the company to fund a property purchase.

Following the transaction, Mr Ogunsanya who is a PDMR of the company, holds 4,325,282 ordinary shares in Airtel Africa.
The share sell happened on the London Stock Exchange on 4 August, 2023.
Mr Ogunsanya sold an aggregate of 666,174.76 shares at an aggregated price of £1.137 per share for an aggregate total of £757,440.70.
The notice of the share transaction was contained in a regulatory filling by Airtel Africa on Friday.
