Africa Prudential Plc (NGX: AFRIPRUD) has declared an interim dividend of 10 kobo for every ordinary share of 50 kobo for the half-year period ended 30 June, 2025.

The dividend whose qualification date has been set at 8th day of August 2025 will be subject to the appropriate withholding tax and approval of shareholders.
On 18th day of August 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 8th August 2025, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
In its unaudited financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2025, Africa Prudential Plc posted a profit after tax of ₦1.34 billion (H1 2024: ₦779.38 million). and an Earnings Per Share of ₦0.34 (H1 2024: ₦0.39).
