Access Holdings Plc (NGX: ACCESSCORP) has declared a final dividend of ₦1.80 per 50 kobo ordinary share for the period ended 31st December, 2023.
The financial services holding company paid an interim dividend of ₦0.30 per ordinary share of 50 kobo each. With the proposed final dividend, Access will pay a total dividend of ₦2.10 for the 2023 financial year.
A total dividend of ₦1.50 was paid for the 2022 financial year, which comprised of ₦0.20 interim dividend and ₦1.50 final dividend.

The dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval of shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.
At the time of filing this report, shares of Access Holdings Plc was selling at ₦23.55, thus putting its dividend yield at 8.91%.
Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on the 10th of April, 2024 will qualify for the dividend.
On April 19, 2024, Final Dividend will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at the close of business on April 10, 2024 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrars to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the Registrars website: https://coronationregistrars.com/e-mandate/ complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks, or any Access Bank’s Branch.
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will hold at Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, 6-8, Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos, on April 19, 2024.
Access Holdings Plc posted a profit of ₦619.32 billion for the period ended 31st December, 2023 (2022: ₦151.20 billion). It’s basic earnings per share went up from ₦4.44 to ₦17.23
