Access Holdings Plc (NGX: ACCESSCORP) has announced a delay in the filing of the its half-year audited interim financial statements for the period ended 30th June 2022.
The corporation in a filing with the Nigerian Exchange seen by Investogist, said the delay is “due to the ongoing resolution of the corporation’s half year post-audit matters and the need to obtain regulatory approval.”
Access Holdings said the results “could be delayed beyond the due date of August 29, 2022.”
In view of the delay, “NGX has approved an extension of time to publish the results.” It added that the corporation expects to publish the results on or before September 15, 2022.
Consequently, the closed period earlier announced by Access Holdings Plc in respect of transactions on the corporation’s securities remains in place until 24 hours after the release of the results.
On Monday, ACCESSCORP equity price closed 2.84% down at N8.55 on the Nigerian Exchange. YTD it is down 4.86%.
