United Capital Plc (NSE: UCAP) has appointed two new Non-Executive Directors to join its Board. This was contained in publication by the company on The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
The new Non-Executive Directors are Mr. Dipo Fatokun and Ms. Sutura Aisha Bello, both were appointed as Independent Non-Executive Directors, and their appointments were effective immediately.
Mr. Dipo Fatokun has about 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having worked in different capacities at the Central Bank of Nigeria. Prior to his appointment as an Independent Non-Executive Director, he was the Director, Banking Services Department at the Central Bank of Nigeria.

He is an alumnus of University of Lagos, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration and University of Ilorin where he obtained a B.Sc. in Accounting. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
Ms. Sutura Aisha Bello is a seasoned PPP/Project Finance professional with over 30 years’ experience in commercial, financial and project management. She led multiple projects for the World Bank, DFID and OPEC Fund for International Development across a wide range of sectors.
Sutura is an alumna of the Southern New Hampshire University, USA where she obtained Masters degrees in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems. She is also an alumna of the University of Maiduguri, Nigeria where she obtained a B.Sc. in Economics.
