Lafarge Africa Plc (NSE: WAPCO): The cement manufacturer on Wednesday 7th October, notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Lafarge Africa Plc has been scheduled to hold on Thursday, 22nd October 2020 to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September 2020.

Consequently, the Company declared a closed period from Wednesday, 7th October 2020 until the unaudited financial statement for the third quarter ended 30th September 2020 is released on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
Caverton Offshore Support Group Plc (NSE: CAVERTON): The company issued a notification to inform the NSE and the investing public that the Board of Directors of CAEVRTON will be meeting on Thursday, 29 October 2020 to consider among other things the Unaudited Financial Statements of the Company for Q3, 2020.
The company further announced the commencement of a closed period for trading in its shares from Monday, October 12, 2020 until 24 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Statement for Q3, 2020 to the market.

Closed period: from October 8, 2020 in respect of the Unaudited Financials for the quarter ended September 30, 2020.

Date of Board meeting: Thursday, October 22, 2020 to consider, amongst other matters, the Group Unaudited Accounts and Financial Statements for the Third Quarter ended September 30, 2020.
Closed period: From Wednesday, October 7, 2020 in respect of the Group Unaudited Accounts and Financial Statements for the Third Quarter ended September 30, 2020.
Access Bank Plc (NSE: ACCESS):
Date of Board meeting: Tuesday, October 27, 2020 to consider and approve the Company’s Unaudited Financial Statements for the Third quarter ended September 30, 2020.
Closed period: Commenced and will continue until 24 hours after the announcement of the Third Quarter 2020 Unaudited Financial Statements.
Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc (NSE: MBENEFIT):
Date of Board meeting: Friday, 30th October, 2020 at 11.00am at Lagos to consider and approve the Group Audited Financial Statements for the third quarter ended 30th September 2020.
