The situation of popular Nigerian transgender Daniel Anthony Nsikan, known as Jay Boogie deteriorated as he lost two kidneys, a medical doctor reports.
Dr Loveth Jennifer, a friend to transgender Jay Boogie, stated in a post on the insta-stories section of her official Instagram page that the transgender Jay’s two kidneys have failed.
The medical professional, who happens to be Jay Boogies’ friend, states in the most recent post that the transgender person currently need a kidney transplant because both of their kidneys are failing
The doctor wrote; “At this stage, Jayboogie needs a kidney transpalnt! both kidneys have failed! We prayed and wished it never got to this stage but this is it!!!I will drop other updates soon!!!”
However, the surgery Jay Boogie underwent was the beginning of his problems.
In a series of posts on social media, he asked the public to hold a surgeon identified as Dinma of Curvy Girl Essentials responsible if anything happens to him.
According to Jay Boogie, he “had liposuction and BBL 360 surgery on October 30, 2023, with Dr Chidinma Akpa, the owner of @curvygirl_essentials.” He revealed that he had sepsis and an acute kidney injury a few hours after his surgery, and that the hospital refused to accept responsibility.
The transgender stated that the doctor abandoned him in another hospital, and that he has been receiving dialysis and sepsis therapy since the beginning of November.The young man said that he was in excellent health before to the surgery, and he even had documentation to verify it.
“Please, I have a medical emergency. This surgeon wants to kill me. If anything happens to me, it is Dr. Dinma from Curvy Girl Essentials.
“This hospital and doctor are responsible if anything happens to me,” he wrote.
