Transnational Corporation Plc (NGX: TRANSCORP) has announced a ₦4.06 billion interim dividend to shareholders on the back of an impressive year-on-year growth, for the half-year period ended June 30, 2025.

In a corporate action announcement on Tuesday, the conglomerate announced an interim dividend of 40 kobo per 50 kobo ordinary share, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval of shareholders.
The qualification date for the dividend has been set at Monday, August 11, 2025. On Tuesday, August 19, 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Monday, August 11, 2025 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Transcorp Group’s H1 2025 revenue grew by 59% from ₦175.4 billion in 2024 to ₦279.7 billion, while profit before tax grew by 21%, to close at ₦85.7 billion compared to ₦70.9 billion recorded in H1 2024.

domiciled in Nigeria in accordance with the requirements of the Companies and Allied Matters Act.
Following a successful initial public offer (IPO), the Company was in December 2006, listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (Formerly Nigeria Stock Exchange). The shares of the Company have continued to be traded on the floor of the Exchange.
