Shareholders of The Okomu Oil Palm Company Plc (NGX: OKOMUOIL) will receive N7.00 dividend as an interim dividend for the period ended June 30, 2022, the company has announced.
The proposed dividend is per 50 kobo ordinary share, and subject to appropriate withholding tax.
Shareholders who hold the share of the company as at the close of trading on 22nd August, 2022 will receive the dividend.

On 29th August 2022, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 22nd August 2022, and have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the website of the Registrars: www.cardinalstoneregistrars.com, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed, or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.
The equity price of The Okomu Oil Palm Plc closed flat on Monday at N216.90 per share. YTD it is up by 52.75%.
