The Okomu Oil Palm Company Plc (NGX: OKOMUOIL) has declared an interim dividend of ₦30.00 per 50 kobo ordinary share for the half year period ended 30th June, 2025.

This was contained in a corporation actions announcement released by the Company on Thursday. The dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax.
Okomu Oil reported a revenue of ₦129.83 billion (H1 2024 ₦75.00 billion) for the period, a profit after tax of ₦47.53 billion (H1 2024: ₦20.19 billion). and an Earnings Per Share of ₦49.83 (H1 2024: ₦21.17).
Qualification date for the interim dividend has been set as August 8. 2025.
On August 22, 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at August 8, 2025, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the website of the Registrars: www.cardinalstoneregistrars.com, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
