The Board of Directors of MTN Nigeria Communications Plc (NGX: MTNN) has announced an interim dividend of ₦5.00 per ordinary share for the third quarter period ended 30 September 2025.
Qualification date for the interim dividend, which is subject to appropriate withholding tax, is set for 20 November 2025.
On 28 November 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 20 November 2025, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.

MTNN reported a Profit After Tax of ₦750.20 billion, up by 245.7%, marking a turnaround from the ₦514.9 billion loss after tax in the prior year.
