May & Baker Nigeria Plc (NGX: MAYBAKER) has announced a dividend of 30 kobo per 50 kobo share for the 2022 financial year ended December 31, 2022.

The dividend stated in a corporate actions announcement by the company released on the Nigerian Exchange Limited, is subject shareholders’ approval and appropriate withholding tax.
At the end of trading on Friday, the share price of MAYBAKER closed at N4.60, putting the dividend yield on the day of dividend announcement at 6.52%.
The qualification date for the dividend has been set at 16th May 2023.
On 2nd June 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 16th May, 2023 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrars to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the website of the Registrars: www.veritasregistrars.com, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective banks.
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 1st June, 2023 at the Muson Centre, Onikan Lagos at 11:00 a.m.
