Jaiz Bank Plc (NGX: JAIZBANK) has announced a final dividend of 7kobo per 50kobo ordinary share for the period ended 31st December 2024.
The dividend which is subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Monday, 14 July 2025.

Payment date for the dividend will be advised, this is according to a regulatory filing on The Nigerian Exchange, signed by the Company Secretary Mohammed Shehu.
With the share price of the bank trading between N3.12 and N3.25 in the just ended week, it’s dividend yield at time of announcement is 2.2%.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is available on the website of the Registrar. The Bank’s Registrar is Africa Prudential Plc.
Date of Annual General Meeting will be advised.
Jaiz Bank Plc posted a profit of N23.48 billion for 2024, over 100% growth from the N11.23 billion it reported in 2023. It reported an Earnings Per Share (EPS) of 66.38kobo (2023: 34.53kobo).
For the first quarter period of 2025, ended March 31st, the Bank reported a profit of N6.86 billion (Q1 2024: N5.84 billion), and an EPS of 15.39kobo (Q1 2024: 16.92kobo).
Jaiz Bank Plc is the first fully fledged non-interest financial institution in Nigeria. It commenced operation on January 6th, 2012 as a limited liability Company, and converted to a Public Liability company in April 2016.
It has 44.58 billion shares outstanding. Substantial Shareholders in the Company are Muhammadu Indimi (29.36%), Dantata Aminu Alhassan (11.44%), Dantata Investment & Securities Limited (7.97%), Umaru Abdul Mutalab (10.01%), Altani Investment Limited (9.19%), Dangote Industries Ltd (6.85%) and Islamic Development Bank (5.62%). They collectively own 80.44% of the Company’s ordinary shares.
