God is Good Mobility (GIGM) has commenced the implementation of the Federal Govt traveler’s palliative initiative.
The company made the announcement on its X (formerly Twitter) page, where it stated that it commenced the implementation on Thursday.

It says that guests at its terminals in Ajah and Jibowu received 50% off their ticket courtesy of the Federal Govt initiative.

The company emphasized that the 50% discount is currently applicable only to guests that booked from Jibowu and Ajah terminals. It went further to say that other terminals would be announced in the coming days.
For those that make bookings on line, GIGM clarified that the 50% discount will be refunded to the traveler at the terminal on the departure date.
Investogist on Wednesday reported that President Bola Tinubu has approved a 50% reduction in land transportation fares nationwide, from December 21, 2023 to January 4, 2024.
Earlier on Thursday, Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser Information and Strategy to President Tinubu listed the companies participating in the scheme along with the routes involved.
The presidential Adviser later updated that GIGM will be rolling out pilot phase on Thursday at its Jibowu and Ajah Terminals.
