Conoil Plc (NGX: CONOIL) has announced that it will pay a final dividend of 250 Kobo to its shareholders for every 50 Kobo ordinary share held for the 2022 Financial Year ended 31 December 2022.

In a corporate actions announcement published by the company on The Nigerian Exchange Limited seen by Investogist, it was stated that the qualification date for the dividend was Thursday, 29th June 2023.
The dividend which is subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting will be paid to shareholders whose names appeared in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Thursday, 29th June 2023.
On Friday, 29th September 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders who qualified for it and who mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form. Conoil’s Registrar is Meristem Registrars and Probate Services Limited.
The company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will hold at the Ibo Hotel and Golf Resort, Uyo, Akwa-Ibo State, on Friday 22nd September, 2023 by 11.00am.
