The Board of Directors of Unilever Nigeria Plc (NGX: UNILEVER) will be meeting in March to consider dividend proposal for year ended 31 December 2023 amongst other matters.
A notice signed by Afolasade Olowe, senior counsel and company secretary, says that a meeting of the Board of the Company will hold on Thursday 14 March 2024 at 11am.
The Company Board’s will consider the following amongst other matters:
- Audited Results for year ended 31 December, 2023
- Dividend proposal for year ended 31 December 2023
- Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting
Unilever declared and paid a final dividend of 25 kobo gross for every ordinary share of 50k.
The unaudited interim financial statements for the twelve months period released by the Unilever shows a revenue of ₦97.43 billion, 50.73% higher than the ₦64.64 billion posted in 2022.
Investogist reported that the company posted a profit of ₦12.27 billion from continuing operations for the twelve month period ended December 2023.
