University Press Plc (NGX: UPL) has announced a N0.10 dividend for the 2023 financial year ended 31 March, 2023.
The qualification date for the dividend has been set at September, 5th 2023, while the payment date is 21st September, 2023.

Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on their website: www.gtlregistrars.com complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed, or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.
The dividend is subject to Shareholder’s approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 21st September, 2023.
Investogist reported in June, that UPL posted a profit of N142mn for the year in review, N65mn and 31.40% lower than the N207mn it reported in 2022.
