The Board of Directors of MTN Nigeria Communications Plc (NGX: MTNN) at its meeting held on Monday, 30 January, 2023, approved the payment of a final dividend to Shareholders.

The Board considered and approved a final dividend of N10.00 per ordinary share to be paid to shareholders or the 2022 financial year ended 31st December, 2022.
At the meeting, the Board also considered and approved the Audited Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December, 2022.
