Access Holdings Plc (NGX: ACCESSCORP) has vested 15.5 million shares on Executives of Access Bank Plc and Access Holdings Plc.

The shares were vested in pursuant to the terms of employment of the Executives’ with corporation and its banking subsidiary.
The shares were on the beneficiaries on November 20, 2023 on the floor of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
The vesting of the shares is not a purchase or sale transaction in the context of the Rules of the Nigerian Exchange.
Access Holdings Plc has 35.54 billion outstanding ordinary shares.
According to the register of members at 31 December 2022, only Stanbic Nominees Nigeria Limited had more than 5% of the issued share capital of the corporation.
Stanbic Nominees held the shares as custodian for various investors.
