Access Bank Plc (NGX: ACCESSCORP) has apologized to its customers for service disruptions across its channels.

The bank in a statement posted on its verified X (formerly Twitter) page, expressed regret for any inconvenience the disruption may cause.
“You may experience some challenges while carrying out transactions on our channels,” the statement read.
“Please bear with us during this time as we work swiftly to ensure stability of our services across all platforms. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
“Thank you for your patience,” the statement concluded.
We are diligently working to establish stability across all our service touchpoints.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding as we strive to achieve this.
