The Board of Directors of Zenith Bank Plc (NGX: ZENITHBANK) has approved the 2022 Half Year Audited Accounts and Financial Statements for the Group and the payment of an interim dividend, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
The approval was given at the Board’s meeting on Thursday, July 28, 2022. The bank notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public of the outcome of the Board meeting via a corporate announcement signed by Michael Osilama Otu, the Company Secretary/General Counsel.

The banking Group stated that the Nigeria Exchange Limited and the investing public would be notified upon receipt of the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria of the 2022 Half Year Audited Accounts and Financial Statements.
The bank paid an interim dividend of 30 kobo for the Half Year period ended 30th June 2021.
