Wike receives Kwankwaso for project inauguration

The presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, Rabiu Kwankwaso, on Sunday arrived Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers state.

The former Kano State governor, who is expected to inaugurate the Mgbutanwo Internal Roads in the Emohua Local Government Area on Monday, was received by Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike of Rivers State.

Recently, governor Wike invited several politicians from opposition parties to commission projects in the state including the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi.

Obi on Thursday commissioned the ninth flyover at the popular Ikoku junction.

Adams Oshiomhole, former national chairman of the All Progressives Congress was in Rivers on Wednesday to commission the eighth flyover located on Ada George road, Obio-Akpor LGA.

Similarly, President, Muhammadu Buhari, represented by Abubakar Malami, the Attorney General of the Federation on Friday commissioned the Port Harcourt Campus of the Nigeria Law School.
