The Peoples Democratic Party has said it will call 100 witnesses to testify at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.
Chris Uche, the attorney representing Atiku Abubakar and the PDP, told the court on Saturday that all parties had met and decided on the number of witnesses and the time frame for their presentation.
He added that although the PDP was allowed seven weeks to call these witnesses, only three weeks would be required because the concerns were becoming more focused.
It was agreed by all parties to reduce the number of witnesses and the time required for each party to call their witnesses.

The lawyer for the president-elect claimed to have 39 witnesses ready while the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) claimed to have two witnesses who will testify.
Due to the fact that they would present and identify documents, the lead witnesses will be allotted 30 minutes. It was suggested that each respondent receive five minutes for re-examination and fifteen minutes for cross-examination.
However, 10 minutes were proposed for the petitioner’s additional witnesses and 10 minutes for the respondents’ cross-examination of these witnesses while, All Progressives Congress (APC), Tinubu, and INEC’s star witnesses each receive 30 minutes.
