A final dividend of 16.5 kobo per ordinary share has been proposed by Skyway Aviation Handling Company, SAHCO (NGX: SKYAVN) for the 2022 financial year.

The dividend will be subject to appropriate withholding tax and the approval of shareholders at the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The dividend is payable to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on 2nd June, 2023. The date; 2nd June, 2023 has been set at the qualification date for the dividend.
On June 30, 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at June 2, 2023, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-divided registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is available on the website of the Registrars; First Registrars and Investors Service Limited.
The Company’s Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on 30 June 2023 at 10.0am.
For the 2022 financial year, SAHCO’s profit for stood at N309.33mn, 9.68% growth from the N282.03mn it posted for the 2021 financial year.
