End Bad Governance Protesters converge in major cities

Protesters have commenced Day Two of the ongoing hunger protest in Lagos, Abuja, and Rivers states.
This is according to a situation report by Channels TV programme, the August Protests on Friday.

It is reported that protesters had converged at the Ojota area and Lekki Tollgate

There was an altercation between pro- and anti-EndBadGovernance that was put under control by the Nigeria Police.
The majority of protesters have resisted being confined inside the Gani Fawehinmi Park, in Ojota Lagos.

Earlier, the Commissioner of Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso, urged residents to remain peaceful while noting that the governor of the State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, will continue to dialogue with Lagosians.
Similarly, protesters in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, have started marching from Pleasure Park along the popular Aba road.

Abuja protesters have started gathering at the MKO Abiola Stadium and Berger Junction.

Recall that on Thursday, many protesters hit the streets across major cities, protesting against economic hardship.
However, the protest turned bloody in Kano, Abuja, Yobe, Borno, Niger states where at least ten people were reported dead and others were injured.
